ABM’s Linc Service Franchise Network Expands in California
New York, NY – March 31, 2021 – ABM, a leading provider of facility solutions, announced that Express Refrigeration Inc, has signed an agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Express Refrigeration is a leading full-service provider of mechanical contracting in the Sacramento, California market. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit of ABM.

Express Refrigeration was founded in 2008 with a mission to provide quality service to the restaurant industry in the Sacramento market. Since 2008, the company has established a reputation of service excellence and has expanded to provide HVAC service and refrigeration to businesses in the greater Sacramento area. Upon joining the Linc Service network, Express Refrigeration plans to expand their HVAC and preventive maintenance services to include chiller services and energy management systems (EMS) for facilities.
